The Man In The Mirror

Hello friends

I am Asha Patel here and I would like to share about "Man in the mirror". And feel free to communicat with me and please share your experiance as well as your thought. Here we will be a team or a friend to change our life, our thought process, our point of view and lot others.

"You can't do that."
"You just don't have what it takes."
"You're not good enough."
These statements are common tools of DreamBusters.
They are frequently associated with people who talked us out of our best ideas and biggest dreams. The problem is that the main person who makes these statements is the person we see everyday in the mirror. It is us!

Many of us are our own worst enemies. We talk ourselves out of our best dreams and ideas by telling ourselves " We can't do it."  " We don't have what it takes." "We are not good enough." We all have experinced times when we doubt ourselves, and we doubt our abilities and therefore squelch what could be very profitable and productive activities, Simply because we don't think we can!

If you can control the enemy on the inside, the enemy on the outside can not do you any harm.

First we must work on our self-image. We must develop "I Can and I Wll" attitude and eliminate all negative self talk as soon as it starts to  enter our minds.
Talk to your self and tell yourself, "I can, ohh yes I can."

Greet yourself in the mirror everyday and say, " You are one of the greatest people that the world has ever known and you are going to do unbelievable things today."

  1. If you can control the enemy on the inside, the enemy on the outside can not do you any harm. Great line and really if we believe in ourself then we can do anything. We are the biggest enemy of ourself.
