Story Of Hammer
The sun always shines, but some days the clouds cover up the sunshine! No matter how positive you are, it is important to associate with those who are positive and encourage you rather than those who are negative and discoureg you.
There are two types of people in life: those who add to you and those who subtract from you, those who deposit and those who withdraw. You must decide which you want around you. It's like a bank account: People will either deposit and add to your dreams or they will subtract and take from your dreams.
LOOK FOR THE GOOD
Do you know people who are always negative? Always looking for, and finding, the bad in life? People who are always whining and complaining about how bad things are. Nothing is ever right. Either It's too hot or too cold: too sweet or too sour: too hard or to soft. Nothing is ever right. We must find good in life. Even a broken clock is right twice a day!
Story Of Hammer
Mr. Hammer was dancing and rapping outside the Oakland baseball stadium.
He sold his homemade tapes to people going into the stadium to see the Oakland A's play.
Many would put contributions into a cardboard box, as he exhibited his dancing and rapping talents on the street outside the stadium.
His friends would come by and laugh at himand say, "Man , you can't dance. You can't rap! Why don't you stop all this foolishness? It's ambarrassing."
He told them he believed he could rap and could dance and that he had dream. "A Dream?"
They laughed in his face. Well, Mr. Stanley Kirk Burrell, otherwise known as Hammer, went on to be listed in Forbes Magazine as one of the wealthiest entertainers in the world.
Many of those same friens who used to laugh at him eventually became employees of his.
Don't Listen to, hang out with, associate with people who like to use the word "can't". They will kill your dreams.
