I am Asha Patel here and I would like to discuss about Worry. And feel free to communicat with me and please share your experiance as well as your thought. Here we will be a team or a friend to change our life, our thought process, our point of view and lot others.
Don't worry! Be happy!
Choose to be happy, because you ultimately make the choice. You can either choose to worry about life and what will happen in the future. Or you can choose to be happy, to enjoy life and to live life to the fullest. It is a choice.
The word worry comes from the word "to choke" to strangle, and it is an extension of fear. Fear is crippling, it shackles those who could do great things and keeps them from even attempting that which they could possibly achieve. Fear chokes and kills dreams and creativity and the most interesting thing about fear is that it is a learned behaviour.
Psychologists state that there are only two fears that we are born with
1. The fear of falling
2. Fear of loud sounds
All other fears are learned. They are usually a misuse of the imagination. The imagination was created for us to dream and see positive things that are not yet a reality, and see them as a being possibility.
Many times in life we use our minds to think of every posssible problem that could arise. Our minds are created not to think up problems but rather to think up solutions. After thinking up the solutions, then our minds are to be used to think about how to make the dreams into realities.
Don't let fear choke you. Realese your fear, bust it, break it, forsake it, leave it, and let it go.
Look fear in the eye, challenge it, and it will go away. Fear can not stand action. Go after your dreams. Don't worry"; be happy!
